We are hosting a Community Wide Garage Sale at Umpqua Community Center on October 3. Set up will be October 2.

For just $20 per space, you’ll have a great opportunity to sell gently used household items,

clothing, toys, books, collectibles, tools, crafts and more-all in one convenient location!

Each vendor space includes 3 banquet tables and 20 x 20 covered area, giving you plenty of room to display your items.

Update: Unfortunately, with our current paving we are worried it won't get finished in time for the Family Fun Night so we have to cancel.

Join us for our Summer Family Fun Night, on

August 13th, 2026 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.

This will be an event full of practical information and fun for everyone in our close-knit rural community!

Our Summer Family Fun Night includes hot dogs, sundaes, prizes, and water play for all.

Mark your calendar for an evening of fun and knowledge for everyone.

The Community Center will be closed from August 3 through August 12 to allow for repaving work and improvements to the front and back parking lot areas.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this work. We look forward to welcoming everyone back when we reopen on August 13 with a beautiful parking lot.

Sunday, July 12th, for a spruce up of the Umpqua Community Center. We will be working between the hours of 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. There is all kinds of fun to be had.

We are in need of volunteers to clean rooms, weed whack fence lines, pull weeds and mow.
Bring your own gloves, water and any other tools that will help get the job done. Cleaning supplies and some equipment will be available.

If you can’t make it but would like to volunteer some time let us know when your schedule would allow you to help out. Please contact us by leaving a message at the center.
