All rental times include set up and clean up. All events are to start and end at the stated hours without exception. No rentals available past 11 PM.
Cancellation of an event will result in forfeiture of one half of the rental fees if less than 30 days prior to the event.

Entire Facility
This rental includes: use of the Multipurpose room, kitchen, meeting room, play shed, and playground.
The Multipurpose Room and Meeting Room come with 19 tables and 90 chairs total.
Play shed and playground includes outdoor picnic tables.

Multipurpose Room and Kitchen
This rental includes: use of the Multipurpose room, full kitchen with 4 sinks, 2 freezer/fridge combo’s and 2 stoves, 13 tables and 60 chairs.

Meeting Room
This rental includes: 30’ x 30’ room which includes a sink, 6 tables, and 30 chairs.

Play shed and Playground
This rental includes the covered outdoor structure and the playground as well as outdoor picnic tables.
This rental includes: use of the Multipurpose room, kitchen, meeting room, play shed, and playground.
The Multipurpose Room, and Full Kitchen comes with 13 tables and 60 chairs.
The Meeting Room comes with 6 tables and 30 chairs.
